Award-winning Austin filmmaker with 15+ years’ experience in the film industry spanning writing, directing, editing, and producing. Selected as one of Filmmaker Magazine’s Faces to Watch and nominated for a Spirit Award for my documentary Only the Young. I am currently the executive producer for an Emmy award-winning television show On Story and write and direct as a freelancer for organizations like the Dell Children’s Hospital. At Paper Moon Pictures, I write, direct, and produce across different mediums. In a post production capacity, I’ve delivered TV shows to PBS for over 7 years.

Colin Hyer is a producer based in Austin, Texas, with experience in both educational and entertainment media.
Most recently, he produced the nine-episode educational series "Thriving with Sickle Cell Disease" for Dell Children's Blood and Cancer Center.
For six years, Colin served as the Creative Director of the Austin Film Festival, where

For six years, Colin served as the Creative Director of the Austin Film Festival, where he produced the world’s largest Screenwriters Conference. In this role, he collaborated with companies such as NBCUniversal, CBS, A24, Paramount, and Amazon Studios. During this period, he also served as an Associate Producer on the Emmy Award-winning series On Story, which airs nationally on PBS.
Colin holds a degree in film and video production from Columbia College Chicago.

Lily Bouvier is a video editor based in Austin, Texas. Originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts, Lily studied at Smith College in Western M.A., where she earned a B.A. in Latin American Studies and Spanish Language. In 2017, she moved to Austin and spent a year working as a Post-Production Intern for the Austin Film Society, where she de
Lily Bouvier is a video editor based in Austin, Texas. Originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts, Lily studied at Smith College in Western M.A., where she earned a B.A. in Latin American Studies and Spanish Language. In 2017, she moved to Austin and spent a year working as a Post-Production Intern for the Austin Film Society, where she developed her editing skills through cutting film trailers for the AFS Cinema. Since 2019, Lily has worked as a freelance video editor in collaboration with local studios, community-based organizations, and fellow creatives. Her recent editing work includes episodes of Seasons 12 -14 of Austin Film Festival’s On Story TV show, a 30-minute program which broadcasts on PBS stations nationwide.
